Delaware North Gaming is hiring full-time Dual Rate Table Games Dealers and Floor Supervisors to join our team at Wheeling Island Casino in Wheeling, West Virginia. As a Table Games Dealer and Floor Supervisor, you will oversee assigned table games to ensure integrity is maintained, procedures are followed, and superior guest service is provided.

When acting as a supervisor, the pay rate is $24/hr this is a tipped position; the hourly minimum pay listed does not include potential tipped earnings.

$5.15 - $5.65 per hour.

• Supervise floor dealers and protect the integrity of games
• Ensure accuracy and completion of all signed paperwork and pit documents
• Greet guests appropriately, resolve complaints, and answer any questions about game information
• Coordinate and complete hourly evaluations on hourly team members
• Control the pace of the game and determine winners and losers according to game rules
• Inform necessary personnel of any unusual requests or plays by guests

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a state gaming license
• Minimum of 2 years of professional gaming dealing experience required
• Have standard level of skills, knowledge, and performance in various types of table games
• Must be able to demonstrate good customer service skills
• No high school diploma or GED required

• Requires sitting, reaching, and pulling a majority of the shift
• Some standing, walking, bending, stooping; ability to periodically lift and carry up to 40 pounds; squatting, kneeling, pushing, pulling; seeing and hearing
• Must be able to speak and understand English
