Expanding disaster Restoration Company is seeking a Construction Estimator for immediate hire. We are seeking to fill positions at our Wheeling, WV Office.

- Inspect the property damage (onsite) including fire, water, wind, hail, and other construction-related damages.
- Prepare an estimate for the job.
- Negotiate with the insurance company.
- Sell the job to the property owner.
- Estimate and sell reconstruction jobs for properties damaged by fire or water for both residential and commercial properties.
- Experience in estimating all types of jobs and knowledge of industry estimating software.
- Experience in the restoration industry is a plus.
- Proficiency with computer estimating software, computer skills, and construction knowledge is required.
- Additional experience in the industry is a plus.
