Director of Procurement - Strategy and Transformation

Location:

Multiple Locations

• Implements a comprehensive procurement strategy aligned with the bank's business goals, regulatory requirements, and cost-optimization priorities.
• Leads enterprise-wide sourcing initiatives across various business lines and spend categories.
• Manages procurement policies, procedures, and standards to ensure consistency, transparency and compliance.
• Oversees the vendor selection and competitive bidding process to ensure due diligence, ethical standards, and best-value outcomes.
• Partners with Third-Party Risk Management, Compliance, Information Security and Legal Teams to ensure vendor risk assessments, ongoing monitoring, and regulatory expectations are met.
• Assists in contract negotiations to secure favorable terms.
• Develops and implements category management strategies to reduce costs, consolidate supplies, and optimize spend.
• Monitors procurement budgets, reporting, and forecasting; identify and deliver measurable cost-saving initiatives.
• Provides executive-level reporting, dashboards, and insights on procurement performance and vendor spend.
• Drives continuous improvement initiatives to enhance governance, efficiency, and transparency.
• Other duties may be assigned.

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain or related field, and/or equivalent combination of education and experience are required.
• Minimum of 5 years procurement, sourcing, vendor management, or supply chain experience required.
• Experience working in a regulated financial institution or large corporate environment preferred.
• Supervisory experience or leadership skills preferred.

• Location: This position is hybrid. The employee is split between remote and office work on a formalized schedule. Consideration for location will be Bank Plaza - Wheeling, WV and Wexford - Wexford, PA.
