Job DescriptionDo you have a keen eye for detail? This role focuses on document review and preparation, creating spreadsheets, charts, graphs, mail merges, tables, presentations, and other documents to support the client’s brand and track work progress.
Job Duties- Create and edit legal documents to client specifications using applicable software.
- Transcribe tapes, scan, clean documents, and convert between file formats.
- Recover/restore corrupted document files when needed.
- Handle sensitive and/or confidential documents and information.
- Use document comparison software, red‑lining, and general editing to correct legal documents as directed.
- Create complex formulas and functions to analyze data.
- Produce spreadsheets, charts, graphs, mail merges, tables, presentations, and other documents as requested.
- Intake work requests from the client, clarify job instructions, negotiate deadlines, and prioritize work requests across the team.

Qualifications- Associate degree preferred (equivalent combination of education and/or experience considered when directly related).
- Minimum of two years’ experience in a legal document production environment preferred.
- Expert knowledge of MS Excel (spreadsheets, graphing, tables, calculations, automation).
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) including formatting with Styles, and generating tables of contents and authorities; strong keyboarding and typing skills.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, team environment and as an independent operator.
- Attention to detail with emphasis on accuracy and quality.
- Able to apply intermediate knowledge of grammar, spelling, composition to work requests.
The salary range for this role at the noted location is $20–$22 per hour. Pay decisions consider education, qualifications, skills, experience, certifications, proficiency, shift, location, and other business needs. Compensation may include overtime, shift differential, call‑in, and/or stand‑by pay.
