Overview
The Marketing Associate is a member of our Williams Lea team delivering exceptional customer service to our client locations. Responsibilities include data entry and database maintenance, fulfillment of client marketing requests and assistance with special projects.

- Provide administrative support to client’s internal Marketing team.
- Web-based research, entry and validation of both internal and external sources.
- Data entry via Inter Action.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with firm contacts and internal personnel.
- Update and maintain mailing lists, bios and contact lists.
- Update, format and publish internal communications including: firm announcements, feature articles, press releases, corporate surveys, events and other content as requested.
- Troubleshoot and correct operational issues experienced by the online database.
- Assist with the creation and/or modification of other marketing projects as requested.
- Handle sensitive and/or confidential information.
- Adhere to Williams Lea policy in addition to client site policy.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of two years of experience in an administrative/marketing assistant role preferably in the legal, banking or large corporate setting.
- Knowledge of proper grammar, spelling, and language usage, as well as standard business correspondence formatting.
- Strong computer skills, including web-based research and Microsoft Office Suite 2010. Knowledge of Inter Action and Sitecore preferred.
- Working technical knowledge of database management or HTML is a plus.
- Ability to prioritize work to balance multiple projects and deadlines with minimal supervision.
- Attention to detail with emphasis on accuracy and quality.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to type 50 wpm.
- Ability to develop and foster successful, working relationships with legal and professional staff while providing exceptional customer service.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment.
RRD's current salary range for this role is $18.05 / hour. The salary range may be adjusted based on the applicable geographic location of the hired employee, and the range may change in the future. At RRD, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions may vary based upon, but not limited to education, skills, experience, proficiency, performance, shift and location.
Depending on the role, in addition to base salary, the total compensation package may also include participation in a bonus, commission or incentive program.
