As a Tasting Room Attendant you will guide guests through our wines and retail offerings, delivering a memorable experience and promoting our Wine Club.

• Learn our menu, retail items, and wines to confidently guide guests.
• Prepare and maintain your station for service.

• Restock and maintain product displays.
• Support the team with carry‑out orders and guest service as needed.

• Communicate with team members to deliver smooth service.
• Follow service steps and assist in daily operations.

• Welcome guests warmly and answer questions about wine, food, and the Wine Club.
• Proactively build relationships and create memorable moments.
• Use your knowledge of the Wine Club to invite guests to join.

• Share the story of Cooper’s Hawk and invite guests to join the Wine Club.
• Introduce tastings and special retail items to enrich the guest experience.

• At least 21 years of age.
• Experience in restaurants, retail, or wine environments preferred.
• Comfort speaking to guests about wine and the Wine Club.
• A passion for hospitality and memorable guest experiences.
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 pounds.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and some holidays.
