Base pay range: $37,305 – $92,290 per year.
Benefits include Blue Cross Blue Shield, Delta Dental, Vision & Life Insurance, Vacation Pay, Short‑ and Long‑Term Disability, and 401(k).
Unlimited commission potential.

• Assist customers with cell phone purchases, upgrades, and package selections.
• Sell home services such as Direct TV and other wireless products.
• Maintain a clean, well‑kept retail environment with up‑to‑date displays.
• Operate point‑of‑sale and activation systems.
• Participate in scheduled training and assessments.

• High School Diploma or Equivalent; BS/BA preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of proven retail sales or customer‑facing work experience.
• Physical capacity to work 40+ hours per week, stand all day, and travel to local events as needed.
• Completion of a required assessment before interview.
