QUALITY TECHNICIAN
The Electrical Connectors Division at Dynomax, Inc is expanding and has an opportunity for a Quality Technician available on the 1st shift! The Quality Technician will be responsible for supporting continuous qualification and re-qualification testing for Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) and customer product approvals and maintaining Test Plans and Qualification documentation.
Quality TechnicianJob Responsibilities
- Assist Quality/Engineering in creating test plans for product qualifications
- Maintain and execute existing qualification testing plans for recertification
- Assist Quality/Engineering in collecting process related data and investigate non-conformances/corrective actions as needed
- Ensure compliance with industry and customer requirements
- Create, prepare, and review procedures, and other quality system documents
- Participate in Corrective action (CA), Preventive action (PA) and Continuous improvement (CI) activities
- Perform internal audits to ensure compliance to customer and industry requirements
- Create "ballooned drawings"
- Create in-process inspection sheets
- Verify all phases of inspection
Job Requirements
- Experience in performing first article inspections and preparing FAI reports preferred
