Groundskeeper / Building Maintenance Technician

Base pay range
: $20.00/hr - $23.00/hr

Dynomax, Inc. is seeking a Groundskeeper to support our three manufacturing facilities in Wheeling. The role includes snow removal and landscaping duties, as well as maintaining facilities and maintenance equipment.

• Landscaping the grounds of three properties, including cutting grass, weed whacking, edging, etc.
• Snow removal from parking lots and walkways
• Maintain grounds keeping equipment such as mowers, blowers, trimmers, weed whackers, blowers, snow plows etc.
• Seasonal grounds cleanup such as accumulated fall and winter debris from turf and plant beds, tree ring edging, shoveling and salting sidewalks and parking lots
• Repair / paint walls and tiles as needed
• Light plumbing work such as repair minor leaks, replace faucets, unclog drains and toilets, install air lines

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Good client/customer service skills
• Ability to communicate concerns and hazards in a timely fashion to a diverse audience
• Be trained in proper Lock Out Tag Out procedure
