Molding Operator

Overview

MOLDING OPERATOR A family-owned company, Dynomax designs, manufactures, and develops high-precision machined components, injection molding and tooling, sub-assemblies, automated work cells, specialty machines, and machine tool spindles since 1986. We are seeking a Molding Operator to join our 1st shift manufacturing team.

• Operate molding machinery, inspect parts, and trim components; manage insert molding as applicable.
• On an hourly basis, collect parts from machines and remove scrap pieces from the collection pan.
• Fill out the paperwork at each machine and add traceability tickets when collecting finished parts.
• Inspect parts and determine which parts can be shipped and which parts require secondary operations.

• Proficient in counting and basic arithmetic (counting, adding, and subtracting numbers).
• Ability to inspect parts under a microscope.
• Ability to communicate effectively and understand directions given in the English language.
