Location: Wheeling, IL

Shift: Monday-Friday, 2nd Shift & 3rd Shift Available

Shift Differential: $0.50 for 2nd shift & $2.00 for 3rd shift

Pay Range: $21.00/hr – $21.00/hr

• Set up and operate Fin Tube machines, understanding tube types, dimensions, and defects to achieve precision milling operations.
• Inspect in‑process material as specified, report non‑conforming material, and initiate proper disposition.
• Maintain a clean and safe workplace, ensuring PPE, equipment safeguards, and protective devices are used per EHS standards.
• Record quality data, scrap counts, and material usage in WFS to maintain accurate inventory and product movements.
• Operate overhead crane as needed and perform related duties.

• High school diploma or G.E.D. (preferred).
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with CNC machining (a plus).
• Knowledge of measurement math, decimals, and fractions; ability to perform basic math functions.
• Manufacturing experience with machine function, HMI input/output, calibration, and production order operations.
• Strong contributor within the organization; ability to troubleshoot and minimize production impact.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, negotiate stairs, ladders, and elevated platforms; lift up to 50 lb.
