Dynomax, a family‑owned company, designs, manufactures, and develops high‑precision machined components, injection molding and tooling, sub‑assemblies, automated work cells, specialty machines, and machine tool spindles since 1986. We are expanding and are seeking a skilled Machine Maintenance Technician to join our 1st shift Maintenance team.

• Installation, service, and repairs of CNC Machines and industrial equipment, electric motors, and other related equipment
• Perform scheduled maintenance on production equipment
• Assist in the creation, verification, and implementation of SOP
• Move and replace machinery using forklift and dollies through attainment of proper certifications
• Diagnose and identify faulty electrical components and mechanical components
• Work at the component level including spindles, bearing packs, ball screws, lubrication systems, and proper alignment
• Use gauges and other test instruments to diagnose malfunctions and hand and power tools to disassemble, repair, and reassemble system components
• Fabricate, assemble, and test mechanical system parts as needed, using hand tools, and power tools
• Replace fuses, light bulbs, circuit breakers, electric switches, and other electrical equipment following electrical specifications

• 6 or more years of CNC Maintenance experience
• Proficiency in the use and navigation of CNC machine controls
• Proficiency in advanced troubleshooting and diagnostics of CNC machine controls and components
• Proficiency in the creation of SOP
• Proficiency in mechanical and controls calibration standards and methods
• Proficient with hand tools and the ability to read precision measuring hand tools
