Job Summary

The Sales Manager is responsible for the overall sales performance of an assigned branch. This role leads and develops the Sales Team to achieve revenue, growth, and customer acquisition goals while ensuring alignment with company standards for quality, profitability, and customer satisfaction.

The Sales Manager oversees hiring, training, and daily management of Sales Representatives, drives sales execution and team performance, and ensures consistent sales processes are in place. This position requires a balance of strategic leadership and hands‑on field management to support both team success and branch growth.

Key Responsibilities Sales Strategy & Execution
  • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve branch revenue, growth, and performance goals.
  • Collaborate with Branch Manager and the National Sales Director to establish budgets, forecasts, and lead‑generation strategies.
  • Leverage local marketing and community outreach opportunities to drive customer acquisition and brand awareness.
  • Recruit, hire, and train Sales Representatives to achieve high performance and professional growth.
  • Lead weekly sales meetings to review goals, metrics, and best practices.
  • Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and performance management to ensure accountability and results.
  • Foster a positive, team‑oriented culture focused on achievement, development, and customer satisfaction.
Customer Relations & Service Quality
  • Support the sales team in managing complex or escalated customer concerns.
  • Maintain relationships with key customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Ensure all sales activities reflect Experi Green’s standards for quality, professionalism and customer experience.
Operational Oversight & Compliance
  • Track and report branch sales metrics, ensuring adherence to established goals and budgets.
  • Utilize CRM systems and reporting tools to manage pipelines, leads, and sales data.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, processes, and industry regulations.
Qualifications Education & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
  • Demonstrated success in sales, with prior experience leading, mentoring, or supporting a team strongly preferred.
  • Proven track record in outside or service‑based sales, ideally within a customer‑focused environment.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and team‑building skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and sales reporting tools.
  • Ability to develop and execute strategies to meet both short‑and long‑term objectives.
  • Excellent problem‑solving and organizational abilities.

Work Conditions
