Caregiver/Care Partner

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Caregiver to provide exceptional care and support to our clients. This role requires dedication, professionalism, and a genuine passion for helping others. You will assist individuals who are elderly, injured, disabled, or recovering from illness, ensuring they maintain dignity and independence in their daily lives.

• Provide personal care assistance, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, transferring, and mobility support, in accordance with each client's care plan.
• Encourage and support clients in performing as much of their personal care as possible to maintain independence.
• Assist with meal preparation and serve meals to clients, ensuring proper nutrition and hydration while respecting their preferences and dietary needs.
• Observe and document clients’ eating habits, physical conditions, and emotional well-being, and report any significant changes to the supervisor.
• Promote social engagement by facilitating participation in leisure and planned activities, fostering friendships, and encouraging a sense of community.
• Maintain accurate daily records, including documentation of activities, observations, medication assistance (if applicable), and incidents, as per company policies.
• Keep the environment clean, safe, and organized by performing light housekeeping tasks, including laundry, kitchen cleaning, and maintaining common areas.
• Respond promptly and appropriately to emergencies or client requests, adhering to established protocols.

Authorization to work in the United States. High school diploma or GED equivalent. At least one year of experience in a caregiving role (professional or personal, such as assisting a child or adult family member). Proof of vaccination status (vaccinated or unvaccinated candidates welcome; documentation required prior to client care). Flexible availability to work day shifts, including short and irregular hours as needed.
