Automotive Service BDC Representative (Maintenance)
Tasca Chevrolet in Wheeling, IL has full-time openings for talented and outgoing individuals to join our multi-location team as a Service BDC Representative. You will be responsible for handling service department calls, emails and leads while maintaining a quality relationship with our current customer base. Full training available. Great opportunity! Responsibilities- Serve as liaison and communicate effectively between the Service department and customers.
- Contact customers regarding repairs, estimated pick-up times.
- Take incoming service calls.
- Schedule service appointments.
- Inform customers of rental car policies and guidelines.
- Check e-mails and promptly respond to inquiries.
- Attend training as requested by manager.
- Follow script and instructions from a supervisor.
