Event Sales Designer

As part of La'Fleur Decor’s creative team, the Event Designer works closely with clients to create beautiful, large-scale floral and décor proposals for a variety of events.

• Conceptualize event themes and designs
• Lead floral and décor production, ensuring projects are delivered on time
• Develop custom proposals for floral designs for centerpieces, backdrops, and event settings
• Apply knowledge of color schemes, seasonal flowers, and floral sustainability for high-volume event work
• Participate in trend-setting brainstorming sessions with the team to explore new ideas
• Partner with the purchasing team to ensure timely flower orders for all projects
• Oversee sample presentations for clients, leading design execution and production
• Ensure adherence to company safety protocols in design and production environments
• Collaborate cross-functionally with all departments to execute seamless events

• 1+ years of experience in floral and event design
• Strong knowledge of design trends, floral construction, and event logistics
• Ability to balance multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Capable of working varied shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed
