Security Officer Flex - Healthcare Patrol

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and/or staff by following Allied Universal procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities;
Conduct routine and random foot patrols of interior areas, exterior grounds, parking areas, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or identify security-related concerns;
Monitor access points and visitor flow as assigned, assist with directions, and report suspicious activity, lost property, and/or policy violations;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including medical-related calls for service by notifying the appropriate responders and documenting actions taken;
Complete detailed written reports of daily activities, incident response, and observations; communicate updates to site leadership and/or Allied Universal supervision as needed
