Facilities & Maintenance Associate

We seek a reliable and dependable Facilities & Maintenance Associate who takes pride in their work and values being part of a family-owned business. • Vacuum all interior spaces across store buildings on a regular schedule.
• Empty and dispose of trash and recycling throughout all buildings daily.
• Clean and maintain restrooms to a consistently high standard.
• Perform general cleaning of all interior areas, including floors, surfaces, and common spaces.
• Maintain the cleanliness of parking lots and exterior property areas.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks and other minor repairs as needed.
• Conduct regular walkthroughs to identify and address maintenance needs proactively.
• Assist with basic property upkeep.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and maintenance materials.
• Submit supply requests prior to supply depletion.
• Distribute supplies as needed.

• Prior experience in a janitorial, facilities, maintenance, or handyman role preferred.
• Basic knowledge of general building maintenance and repair techniques.
• Self‑directed and accountable, someone who does what they say they will do, without needing to be reminded.
• Dependable and punctual, with a track record others can count on.
• Takes genuine pride in the quality of their work, even when no one is watching.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks, including bending, standing, and climbing ladders.
• Comfortable working in a busy retail environment alongside staff and customers.

• Starting Wage: $17.65/hr
• Full‑time, 40 hours a week across a 5‑day work week
