Work hours are flexible to include mornings, midday, evenings, weekends, and holidays as noted below.

Ice Rink-Managers on Duty (Starting at $15.45 - $18.72/hr)

Assist facility management to ensure that all ice rink programs, or scheduled activities and departments operate on time, as scheduled, and on a daily basis.

Supervise staff by ensuring that employees are at their scheduled workstation performing assigned duties.

Perform cash handling, revenue reconciliation and reporting.

Drive ice resurfacing equipment and sharpen skates (we will train).

Assist management by ensuring that all equipment is operated in a safe and appropriate manner.

Respond in a timely manner to requests for information from both facility management and customers.

Assist management in upholding the rules, regulations, policies, and procedures of the operation.

Assist in creating a positive and professional atmosphere by consistently displaying a professional appearance and demeanor, while demonstrating superior customer service skills, attention to detail and pride in producing a first-class experience for our customers.

On-site training will be provided. Pay rate is based on experience and qualifications.

Knowledge of ice skating and ice rink operations.

Experience in supervising staff preferred.

Cash handling experience preferred.

Flexible shifts include early mornings, midday, evening, weekends, and holidays.

May be subject to medical, drug, and alcohol testing.

These positions are seasonal (part-time) and do not include benefits. Pay rates are based on experience and qualifications.

All selected candidates must display excellent customer service skills, attain First Aid, CPR, and AED certifications (training classes available) and attend in-house orientation. Ages 16-17 must have a work permit if hired.
