Relationship Banker – Providence Bank & Trust – Wheaton, IL

We are seeking an enthusiastic, team‑oriented individual to join our Retail Team. This role focuses on providing excellent customer service, handling financial transactions, and building strong relationships with individual and business clients.

Monday – Friday: 8:15 AM to 5:15 PM (flexible schedule including Saturday). Hours may vary to meet business needs.

The Relationship Banker enhances customer relationships by servicing all customers’ financial needs, opening new accounts, engaging with customers to meet their financial goals, and making referrals to business partners.

• Support relationship-building efforts within the branch.
• Contribute to overall branch operations.

• High‑school diploma or equivalent (GED).
• One year of job-related experience, preferably in banking, sales, or customer service.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, Word.

• Banking experience.
• Effective customer relationship-building skills, including the ability to sell, cross‑sell, and refer products.
• Basic knowledge of retail products, policy and procedures, documentation, and systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

$17.00 – $22.00 per hour
