Our same-day and next-day appointment structure aims to truly partner with primary care and ER, allowing us to treat more sick and injured pets while creating a sustainable, fulfilling career for veterinary professionals.
Urgent care can be stressful for pet parents, so our clinics are designed to make life easier—for our teams and our clients. Our goal is to reduce friction at every step so that clients and professionals alike can focus on what matters most, helping pets.
As a Scout doctor, you’ll manage 14–18 patients per day, ranging from last-minute needs to complex cases requiring diagnostics and nursing care. You’ll handle true urgent care and stable emergencies, supported by:
- Digital Radiography
- Modern Ultrasound technology
- Full IDEXX In-House Lab
- Highly capable support staff (3 back of house team members working alongside you)
We don’t do overnight hospitalization or major surgeries—but we do empower our doctors to explore comprehensive answers and build strong referral relationships.
Who You Are
- 2+ years in GP or ER (internship preferred)
- Detail-oriented, collaborative, and thrive in fast-paced settings
- Strong communicator with a growth mindset
- Committed to medical excellence and psychological safety
Schedule & Commitments
- 40-hour average clinical week
- 10am–8pm clinic hours
- Monthly DVM/team meetings

- $150k–$160k base + 20% production (no exclusions and no negative accrual)
