Job Title: Operations Manager – Exterior Cleaning (Player-Coach Leadership Role)
Location: DuPage County, IL area (Field-based with warehouse oversight)
Compensation: $50,000 – $60,000 base salary + generous performance incentives (tied to sales growth and field efficiency)

We're seeking a Player‑Coach Operations Manager to lead from the front:
You'll start as our Lead Technician to master our proven processes and standards, then quickly transition into full Operations Manager as we scale our truck fleet throughout 2026. This is a true leadership track role with a direct path to Director‑level responsibilities in a company poised for serious growth. You'll Do
- Lead in the Field: Serve as Lead Technician on high‑pressure washing, soft washing, hot water cleaning, and specialty exterior projects—ensuring top‑tier quality and safety every time.
- Build & Develop the Team: Recruit, onboard, train, and motivate technicians as we expand; provide daily coaching to elevate performance and safety standards.
- Manage Equipment & Fleet: Troubleshoot and maintain high‑pressure pumps, small engines, and other gear; oversee routine maintenance for our Isuzu box trucks and pickup fleet to keep everything running smoothly.
- Handle Logistics & Inventory: Manage warehouse stock, order supplies efficiently, and coordinate schedules for evening/early‑morning commercial crews.
- Provide Off‑Site Oversight: Direct, schedule, and quality‑audit field crews remotely and on‑site to maintain consistency and exceed client expectations.
- 5+ years of leadership experience managing technicians or crews in home services, commercial property maintenance, pressure washing, exterior cleaning, or a related field.
- Strong mechanical aptitude:
Proven ability to troubleshoot and repair small engines, high‑pressure equipment, and related systems. - Physical capability:
Comfortable lifting 50+ lbs, handling heavy hoses, working at heights (ladder/boom lift experience a plus), and being active outdoors in various weather. - Leadership mindset:
Track record of training others, managing processes, and driving team accountability. - Clean driving record and willingness to operate company commercial vehicles.

Experience scaling operations, familiarity with commercial fleet maintenance, or background in service‑based industries.
