The Will Group is hiring a Human Resources Summer Intern for a 10-week paid internship where you'll gain hands-on experience across recruiting, talent management, compliance, DEI, employee engagement, and more.
You'll own a capstone project and present it to the team at the end of your internship. You'll work in Paycom and real HRIS systems from day one. You'll rotate across multiple core HR functions and be supported by a team that genuinely invests in your development.
You're a fit if you're a Junior or Senior pursuing a degree in HR or Business Administration with an HR focus, and you're organized, professional with confidential information, and eager to contribute from week one.
Pay: $20.00/hour | Duration: 10 weeks
