• 🤝 Collaborate with Occupational Therapists to develop and implement effective, customized treatment plans for patients.
• 🎯 Set individualized goals and provide hands‑on support to help patients regain independence and improve their quality of life.
• 📝 Maintain productivity standards and complete necessary documentation with accuracy and attention to detail.
• 👫 Work alongside an interdisciplinary team to provide holistic, patient‑centered care.

• 🎓 Graduated from an accredited program for Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTA).
• 📜 Valid state license or pending license for new graduates.
• 🏥 Experience in acute care, long‑term care, or rehabilitation is a plus, but not required!
