Join Duly Health and Care’s Physical Rehabilitation team in Wheaton and support specialties such as sports medicine, pelvic health, vestibular rehab, and pediatrics. Our clinicians approach rehabilitation care through collaboration, quality time with patients, and clear paths for professional growth.
- Work alongside experienced PTs, OTs, PTAs, physicians, and advanced practice providers in a collaborative, team‑based environment
- Care for patients in a schedule designed to prioritize quality over volume, including:
- 60‑minute initial evaluations
- 30‑minute follow‑up visits
- No pressure to double‑book
- Built‑in documentation time
- Maintain a predictable full‑time schedule:
Monday through Friday, two evenings per week until 7 PM, with last patient scheduled at 6 PM

- Built‑in documentation time to support work‑life balance
- Structured mentorship and a robust continuing education platform
- New Graduate Mentorship Program with live training and expert support
- Special Interest Groups in areas such as spine, vestibular rehab, sports medicine, pelvic health, pediatrics, and more
- Clear pathways into leadership, education, and specialty roles
- Network of 39 clinics and more than 200 PTs and OTs
- No required marketing or business development responsibilities
- Degree from an accredited physical therapy curriculum
- Certification in Physical Therapy and valid state license to practice, including completion of appropriate coursework from an accredited university
- Base compensation range: $77,000‑$110,000 depending on qualifications and experience; potential sign‑on bonus
