Join Duly Health and Care’s Physical Rehabilitation team in Wheaton and support specialties such as sports medicine, pelvic health, vestibular rehab, and pediatrics. Our clinicians approach rehabilitation care through collaboration, quality time with patients, and clear paths for professional growth.

• Work alongside experienced PTs, OTs, PTAs, physicians, and advanced practice providers in a collaborative, team‑based environment
• Care for patients in a schedule designed to prioritize quality over volume, including:
• 60‑minute initial evaluations
• 30‑minute follow‑up visits
• No pressure to double‑book
• Built‑in documentation time
• Maintain a predictable full‑time schedule:
  Monday through Friday, two evenings per week until 7 PM, with last patient scheduled at 6 PM

• Degree from an accredited physical therapy curriculum
• Certification in Physical Therapy and valid state license to practice, including completion of appropriate coursework from an accredited university

• Base compensation range: $77,000‑$110,000 depending on qualifications and experience; potential sign‑on bonus
