• Assist people with personal hygiene and support individuals with behavioral challenges and complex needs.
• Encourage participants to be part of the community and enjoy favorite activities.
• Support participants with developmental goals such as budgeting, exercise, and nutrition.
• Maintain trust with leaders to do what’s right for participants.
• Take initiative to help participants be part of the community.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination (preferred).
• Communication, adaptability, multi‑tasking, teamwork, and time‑management skills.
• Patient, compassionate, reliable, and responsible.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance.

• Shift starting at $18.75 per hour.
