• $20.00/hr – $22.00/hr

Spring Education Group’s Early Childhood Education Division includes nearly 150 schools offering services from infant care through Pre‑K/K programs, as well as summer camp and after‑school programs. Montessori schools that embrace both accredited Montessori methods – AMI (Association Montessori Internationale) and AMS (American Montessori Society); and progressive language immersion programs in Mandarin and Spanish.

• Provide a warm, responsive, and engaging classroom experience that supports each child’s individual needs.
• Build strong, trusting relationships with families through daily communication and care updates.
• Create a safe and stimulating classroom environment where infants can develop curiosity, confidence, and early learning skills.
• Collaborate with your teaching team to maintain consistent routines, meet licensing standards, and uphold our school’s commitment to excellence.

• Must be at least 19 years old and meet state licensing requirements.
• CDA or 60 semester hour with 6 credits in ECE required.
• Degree in Early Childhood Education preferred.
• Prior experience in a licensed childcare center.
• A nurturing personality with patience, flexibility, and a genuine love for working with babies.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
