Compensation is competitive, with a salary range of $145,000–$165,000 plus a strong production percentage (average 20–22%). Additional perks include high producer bonuses, leadership training programs, and extensive benefits designed to support your well-being both in and out of the hospital.

- You hold (or are eligible for) a licensure in Colorado
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a veterinarian (leadership experience preferred)
- Strong surgical skills and confidence handling diverse caseloads
