Shifts: 12‑hour shifts – 6:30 AM–6:30 PM & 6:30 PM–6:30 AM,
Full‑Time

Open Position: Full Time 6:30 AM–6:30 PM on Sunday, Monday, Thursday and 6:30 PM–6:30 AM on Sunday, Monday, Tuesday

• Provide LPN/VN nursing services in a skilled nursing unit or facility; may include supervision of nurse assistants, medication passes and treatment administration.

• Current, unencumbered license to practice as an LPN in Colorado
• Current CPR certification
• Ability to pass a criminal background check as well as Colorado CAPS background check

Rate Range: $30–$40
