We are partnering with a well-established, small MSP in the Denver metro area that’s looking to add a Technical Support Engineer to their team. This is a long-term opportunity for someone who values stability, hands-on technical work, and a laid-back culture where trust and autonomy are the norm.
Responsibilities- Provide desktop and end-user support across multiple client environments
- Administer and support Windows Server operating systems
- Manage Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and Office applications
- Support virtualized environments using Hyper-V and/or VMware
- Assist with Microsoft Azure administration and cloud services
- Troubleshoot and maintain the network, server, and security infrastructure
- Work within an MSP environment, managing multiple clients and priorities
- 5+ years of technical support or systems engineering experience (flexible for the right fit)
- Strong background in desktop support and Windows-based environments
- Hands-on experience with Active Directory, O365, and Microsoft Office
- Experience with virtualization (Hyper-V and/or VMware)
- Exposure to Microsoft Azure
- MSP experience
- Comfortable working on-site 5 days per week
