POSITIONAs a full desk recruiter, you will have the opportunity and support both the Direct Hire and the Temp side of the house through recruiting and business development. Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to the following:
- Source, qualify and assign top candidates to open positions
- On-board and manage high-volume temp employee base
- Build long-term, rewarding candidate and client relationships
- Source, interview, process e-documents and on-board new contractors.
- Coordinate maintenance of ATS, create employee profiles and assign them to open positions.
- On-site check-ins, facility tours and accident/incident investigations
- Explore new lines of business within existing clients and new client acquisition opportunities
- Report daily sales & recruiting activities into CRM
- Cold & warm calling
- Exploratory emails
- Linked In networking
- Assumptive client visits
- Attending industry networking events
- Exploring new lines of business with existing clients
- Showing appreciation to clients by hosting Client of the Month events, lunches, happy hours, etc.

MUST HAVES- High School Diploma or GED (Bachelor’s Degree preferred)
- 3+ years of recruiting, sales, customer service or retail experience
- Work hard, play hard mentality and a great sense of humor
- A proven track record of recruiting, sales and business development
- The ability to quickly and effectively build a rapport with a diverse group of people
- A solid work ethic and a sense of urgency
