They are currently seeking a Lead Electrician, Low Voltage to join their team in Wharton, NJ. This position is ideal for a skilled electrician who enjoys problem-solving in an industrial setting and can take ownership of electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance while guiding other electricians in the field.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform layout, installation, repair, and maintenance of electrical and telecommunications systems that power machines, equipment, lighting, and facilities.
  • Ensure all electrical work complies with applicable codes, regulations, and safety standards.
  • Install, maintain, and repair industrial electrical and telecommunication systems.
  • Provide maintenance and technical support to ensure uninterrupted operation of essential electrical equipment.
  • Partner with other electricians to install and commission electrical systems.
  • Provide guidance to team members and assist with installation and repair work as needed.
  • Support work that may extend to high voltage electrical and instrumentation circuits.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience installing, maintaining, and repairing industrial electrical and telecommunication systems.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical theory and the ability to set up and organize work tasks effectively.
  • Ability to work independently and manage diverse electrical responsibilities across projects.
  • Must be available for emergency calls or job assignments on a 24-hour basis when required.
  • Valid New Jersey driver's license required.
Education
  • High School diploma or Vocational School diploma (or equivalent).
  • Minimum of two years of formal training in the electrical field, including NEC code review classes.
Compensation and Benefits
