Key responsibilities

• Assist the Head Chef during service, guaranteeing the highest standards in dish preparation.
• Collaborate seamlessly with the chef’s brigade across all meal services – breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea, and dinner.
• Work with the sous‑chef and head chef to explore innovative improvements in dishes and service.
• Present dishes that exemplify outstanding taste, texture, and quality.
• Lead the brigade by setting a standard of excellence in every facet of your work.

• Relevant experience at the Chef de Partie level is highly desirable.
• A meticulous eye for detail, exceptional organisational skills, and effective communication with your team.
