Weymouth | Permanent Role | Salary £15‑17 per hour

Specializing in the design, manufacture, and supply of high-quality components, this company produces critical parts for jet engines, aircraft structures, and weapons systems. Committed to the highest quality standards, they are now seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Quality Inspector to join their team.

• Perform First Offs, In‑Process, Goods Inwards, and Final Inspections
• Use hand tools for manual inspection and operate an in‑house MRP system to document findings
• Prepare and carry out FAIRs (First Article Inspection Reports)
• Ensure compliance with Quality Assurance systems and support continuous improvement initiatives
• Maintain a safe and organized workplace

• Experience in FAIR creation and completion to AS9102 standards
• Strong ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
• Good understanding of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing)
• Background in Inspection and/or Surface Treatments
