We're seeking a Catering Supervisor to join the catering team at a vibrant coastal residential activity centre near Weymouth. The centre hosts children and young people on multi-day stays filled with outdoor adventures, water sports, climbing, and team challenges. In this role, you'll ensure a high-quality dining experience is delivered in a fast-paced environment, providing a safe, efficient, and welcoming setting for all guests, staff, and visitors.
This role offers structured split shifts, no late evenings, live-in options if needed, and the chance to work in a purposeful, team-focused environment.

- Oversee all aspects of catering operations to ensure compliance with health & safety, allergen, and food safety regulations
- Deliver high-quality service to all guests, staff, and visitors, catering for dietary and allergen needs

- Manage budgets, costs, and resources to maximise value for money

- Assist with centre-specific duties related to children s residential activity programmes
- Previous experience in a catering environment (minimum 3 months)
- Level 3 Food Safety qualification
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Strong organisational and leadership skills
