About Us

Neways at Home is a family run home care and live-in care service based in Weymouth, Dorset. We are supported by a highly experienced team of care professionals who have established well‑known residential care homes (for example, Chestnuts Residential Home, Weymouth) as well as other home care locations across the UK. Our mission is to provide outstanding care to our clients and empower them to live independently in their own homes.

We are a growing company looking to develop our services further in the Weymouth, Portland and Dorchester areas.

We seek dedicated and passionate carers (30-36 hrs.) to support our clients in their homes and enhance their daily lives. There are numerous opportunities for converting into full‑time, career advancement to senior roles or other departments based on experience and interests.

• Support with meals, personal care, and medication
• Offer companionship through walks, outings, and chats
• Help with light housework and daily routines
• Keep accurate records and communicate with the care team

• Weekend availability is a MUST
• A valid UK driving license & access to a car
• The right to work in the UK
• A caring nature and strong communication skills
• Prior care experience
