• A minimum of 12 months' right to work
• Must be flexible to work 36 hours per week, including alternate weekends.

• Companionship – providing support, communication and engagement with residents
• Creating activities – design engaging plans internally and with external resources
• Event planning – organise events such as summer BBQs or Christmas parties
• Resident interaction – converse with residents to determine preferred activities
• External communications – liaise with entertainers or businesses to arrange visits
• Mobility – support clients to live independently through activities like Zumba, ballroom, or balloon tennis
• Social activities – organise trips out, social engagements and activities within the home for all abilities
