Our mission is to help elderly individuals live independently in their own homes, with dignity and compassion. As we grow our services across Weymouth and Dorchester, we’re looking for dedicated carers to join our team.

We’re seeking compassionate, reliable Senior Home Care Assistant to support our clients in their day-to-day lives. From personal care to companionship, you’ll be making a real difference. For the right candidates, we also offer clear progression into senior roles and other departments.

• Prepare and serve meals; support hydration and nutrition
• Assist with personal care, including washing and dressing
• Prompt and support with medication
• Offer companionship and encourage engagement in activities
• Carry out light housekeeping duties
• Maintain up-to-date records via our care app
• Report any issues or concerns to the coordination team
• Ensure care standards are met and training is up to date

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in home or domiciliary care
• NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or willingness to obtain)
• Valid UK driving licence and your own vehicle
• Right to work in the UK
• A kind, dependable, and proactive attitude
• Good communication and time management skills
