Management Accountant circa

Position: Management Accountant circa £45,000
Management Accountant required to strengthen financial control, deliver sharp management reporting, and support commercial decision-making across a growing engineering-led organisation operating in the UK and internationally. You'll partner with senior stakeholders, own forecasting and cashflow, and ensure robust compliance - particularly around long-term project accounting and IFRS 15. What you'll do Produce monthly management accounts and insightful MI Own forecasting, cashflow and risk management Lead IFRS 15 revenue recognition Embed strong financial controls and best practice Translate finance into clear actions for non-finance teams What you'll bring CIMA / ACCA / ACA or QBE Experience in Management Accounting Strong communicator with great attention to detail Experience in engineering/manufacturing and long-term projects What's on offer £45,000 salary 25 days annual leave  benefits Private medical & dental cover Life assurance & pension Free parking and wellbeing schemes A great opportunity to make real impact in a commercially focused finance role.
