Teaching Personnel is seeking a nurturing and committed Nursery Teacher to join welcoming and inclusive primary schools in Weymouth, Dorset. This full‑time role is ideal for a passionate Early Years specialist who thrives in a creative and child‑centred environment. Whether you’re an experienced EYFS teacher or an enthusiastic ECT, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver a rich and engaging Early Years curriculum in line with the EYFS Framework.
  • Foster a stimulating and safe learning environment that promotes exploration and development.
  • Support children's personal, social and emotional growth through play‑based learning.
  • Track and report on progress, identifying next steps for learning.
  • Collaborate with EYFS staff, SENCOs and parents to support each child’s development.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent EYFS teaching qualification.
  • Experience teaching in a Nursery or Early Years Foundation Stage setting.
  • A warm, patient and enthusiastic approach to early childhood education.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Knowledge of the EYFS curriculum and early child development.
