Teaching Assistant –
Location:
Weymouth
Contract Type:
Full‑time, Monday–Friday, 8:30am–3:30pm (Term Time Only)
Pay: £89–£95 per day (paid weekly)
Responsibilities- Provide individualised support to pupils with a range of SEND needs
- Assist with the delivery of engaging, tailored learning activities for individuals and small groups
- Work collaboratively with teachers to promote inclusion and positive progress for all students
- Monitor and record pupil development, offering feedback to inform lesson planning and support strategies
- Contribute to a safe, positive, and encouraging classroom environment
- Patient, supportive, and nurturing, with a genuine passion for helping children thrive
- Can adapt to the needs of different learners and work flexibly across the school
- Enjoys working as part of a team and can follow teacher guidance while using their own initiative
- Committed to safeguarding, confidentiality, and promoting the welfare of children
- Holding a valid driving licence would be beneficial
