Registered Manager; Children

Our client is recruiting for a Registered Manager (Children) located in Weymouth, Dorset.

As the Registered Manager (Children) you will have a background working in the Social Care Industry and experience working with children and young people in this social care setting.

If you are currently a Deputy Manager or Team Leader then the client would consider your application for this position

You will be working in a solo home where children are respected, listened to and involved. You will lead and develop the team to support the child and as the Registered Manager (Children) hold or be working towards your Level 5 in Leadership and Management.

Experience working in a childrens home is essential for this role and you will be building a rapport with the child in your care and have empathy and relate to the young people.

In return you will:

• Receive an annual salary of £40,000-£43,000
• Work Monday to Friday (39 hours per week)
• Blue light card
• 36 days annual leave allowance (which includes Bank Holidays)
