Lettings Property Manager

This is a varied role involving day-to-day property management, tenancy administration, and client communication. The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail, be confident in dealing with clients, and have the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Managing a portfolio of residential rental properties
• Coordinating maintenance works and contractor visits
• Liaising with tenants and landlords on all aspects of tenancy and property management
• Conducting move-in, mid‑term, and check‑out inspections where required
• Handling tenancy renewals, rent reviews, and legal notices
• Ensuring compliance with legal and safety regulations (e.g., gas safety, EICR, deposit protection)
• Assisting with general office administration and lettings support

• Previous experience in property management or lettings administration preferred
• Strong organisational and administrative skills
• Confident and professional telephone manner
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and lettings software
• Full UK driving licence
