Position Summary
The Install Manager leads and standardizes all commercial HVAC/R installation operations, with a focus on field execution, workforce leadership, safety, productivity, and long-term performance. This role sets installation standards and best practices across all projects, providing oversight and support to Project Managers, Foremen, and field teams. Project Managers retain ownership of contract administration, financials, scheduling, and client-facing responsibilities.
Qualifications- 8+ years commercial HVAC/R installation experience with leadership responsibility
- Strong knowledge of HVAC equipment, piping, ductwork, and installation best practices
- Proven ability to lead field teams and improve productivity
- OSHA 30 and EPA 608 required
- MA Refrigeration License preferred (or equivalent)
