Sun-Thurs (Sun, Mon, Tues, 9 a‑5 p & Thurs, Fri, Noon‑8 p)

• Advocate for client caseload
• Develop, implement, and monitor treatment plans
• Oversee medication management
• Fiscal management of funds
• Serve as primary liaison for service providers, family, and guardians
• Utilize an electronic health record system for client notes
• Perform a variety of administrative, communication, and reporting functions
• Enter notes into Avatar; review notes entered by other residential staff for clarity and accuracy
• Report incidents to Site Manager and other providers ensuring confidentiality

• HS diploma and at least 1 year of related field experience; additional education toward an AS or BA in health care is preferred.

• Excellent communication and writing skills
• Time‑management and ability to organize multiple priorities

• Good judgment and problem‑solving ability
• Dependability and flexibility
• Team‑work orientation and role‑modeling for other staff
• Ability to form therapeutic relationships with challenging clients
• Computer proficiency and ability to use an electronic health record system
• Valid driver’s license, safe driving record, and access to a personal vehicle

Annual salary range: $22 – $22 USD
