ABA Program Manager; BCBA Pathway

And for those striving to obtain their BCBA certification, our Clinician Compass Program is designed to guide you through every stage of your certification journey until that amazing day when you become a BCBA!

• Total Annual Earning Potential:
  Equivalent up to almost $65,000 per year
• Base Compensation: $25.00 - $31.00 per hour based on experience, skills, and geography with a future career path to $80,000+ base salary as a BCBA
• Opportunities to participate in ALP’s exclusive Clinician Compass Program
  , which includes three different pathways towards your BCBA certification, paid exam prep days, focused mentorship, supervision support, and $5,000 in incentive bonuses for completing your Masters program and passing the BACB exam
• Initial Onboarding Support: 60+ hours of comprehensive training during the first 3-4 weeks of integration including topics such as clinical best practices, using Central Reach, goal writing, clinical problem solving, CPT codes, telehealth assessments. Our Clinical Development team also offers weekly office hours or 1:1 support, as needed

  Opportunity for direct & indirect supervision hours, study support and training to help you pass the BCBA exam, 13 days off annually between holidays including 1 floating holiday and PTO, that begins to accrue from Day 1

  Schedule:
  
  Mon-Fri flexibility in the mornings, mid-day, and afternoons up until 6:30pm most nights, with two to three evenings per week of availability until 8:30pm (we pay extra for evenings!). No expectation of Saturday work unless you want to schedule make-up sessions. You’re in full control!

• Work under the guidance of a BCBA and participate in our structured Clinician Compass pathway, which includes paid fieldwork activities, small group trainings, and monthly mentorship sessions to support your growth
• Inspire Growth and Progress:
  Supervise and evaluate client programs, provide parent education, conduct assessments, and solve problems to ensure continuous client progress under the guidance of a BCBA
