LONG TERM SUBSTITUTE TEACHER – LBLC SPECIAL EDUCATION

• Licensed with the Department of Elementary and Secondary Education Moderate Disabilities PreK-8, preferred
• SEI Endorsement, preferred
• Must hold a bachelor's degree or higher

Fills in for teacher while absent and in general performs all of the daily responsibilities and duties of that teacher

• The LBLC Program is designed for students who have been identified by their IEP Team as having a Language-Based Learning Disability. Students in this program qualify under the primary disability category of either Communication Impairment or Specific Learning Disabilities (SLD) in Reading and Writing

• Instructs classes following teacher's lesson plans
• Performs regular daily duties assigned to the teacher
• Follows policies and procedures of the Weymouth Public Schools
• Start Immediately for an undetermined period of time for  SY

Rate = 1-30 days: $134.25/day, 31-60 days: $161.25/day, 61+ days: TBD
