We are seeking a full-time, 40‑hour Call Center Representative to join our team! The ideal schedule for this role is Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM.
As a Call Center Representative you will support our multidisciplinary team by handling a high volume of inbound calls, averaging approximately 75–120 calls per day while providing exceptional service to our patients and ensuring their needs are met efficiently and in a timely manner.
For training purposes, you will work 100% onsite for the first three weeks; thereafter you will work remotely.
Key Responsibilities- Schedule appointments
- Answer patient inquiries and provide relevant information
- Handle complaints and troubleshoot issues
- Deliver timely, efficient, and high‑quality customer service
- High school diploma or GED
- Strong customer service experience
- Previous experience in a medical call center and/or medical office environment
- Experience in Microsoft Office strongly preferred
