Up to £40,000 per annum An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a high-performing start-up freight forwarding business that is already exceeding expectations. Despite being newly established, the company has secured long-term clients and consistent business , and is now looking to hire its first operational team member . This is a pivotal role within the business, offering genuine long-term progression and the chance to help shape operations as the company continues to grow.

The Role You will be responsible for managing end-to-end air freight operations , with a strong focus on exports. This is a hands-on position where you will play a key role in day-to-day operations and support the wider commercial growth of the business.

Key Responsibilities Managing full end-to-end air export operations Completing customs entries via CDS Handling documentation, bookings, and liaison with airlines, agents, and clients Supporting air imports where required Delivering a high level of customer service to established, long-term clients Getting involved in commercial and business development activities as the company grows About You Proven experience in air freight exports (essential) Import experience is desirable Confident completing customs entries via CDS An all-round freight professional who is adaptable and proactive Comfortable working in a start-up environment with responsibility and autonomy Ambitious, with a desire to grow alongside the business What's on Offer Salary up to £40,000 per annum , depending on experience Opportunity to be the first operator in a fast-growing business Real career progression as the company expands Stable client base with strong future growth plans On-site role based in Weybridge, Surrey If you're looking for a role where you can make a real impact and be part of an exciting growth journey from an early stage, this could be the perfect next step.
