What You'll Do
  • Collaborate and Understand:
    Work closely with our business teams to understand their goals and challenges. You'll learn to translate their needs into technical opportunities.
  • Experiment and Innovate:
    Contribute to the design and rapid prototyping of new AI-driven ideas. We encourage an experimental mindset where we learn quickly from both successes and failures.
  • Build and Develop:
    Help build and maintain production-ready solutions, with a focus on creating smart systems and AI agents that automate tasks and solve complex problems.
  • Grow with the Product:
    Be actively involved in the full product development lifecycle—from initial brainstorming and data pipeline construction to helping ensure our final systems are robust, scalable, and well-governed.
  • Create and Showcase:
    Develop user interfaces and interactive demos to share our progress and gather feedback from key stakeholders.
Experience
  • Strong proficiency in Python and SQL.
  • Experience with software engineering best practices such as writing clean, maintainable code and automated testing.
  • A keen interest in Large Language Models (LLMs) and a desire to learn about agentic AI frameworks.
  • Hands‑on experience building or orchestrating data pipelines.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD concepts and cloud platforms (Azure preferred).

  • You have a degree in a field such as Computer Science, Engineering, Maths, or Statistics.
  • You have a curious mindset and an iterative approach to problem‑solving, and you're excited by the challenge of exploring new solutions.
  • You enjoy working with others and can communicate ideas clearly to both technical and non‑technical colleagues.
  • You are a proactive and motivated learner with good analytical skills.
  • Fluency in English (written and oral).
